RAMPAGE Movie Trailer – What the Hell is This!?

What the fuck am I looking at? Is this a sequel to the sequel to JUMANJI? JUMANJ3? I’m pretty good at defending bad movie ideas and finding the silver lining, but a RAMPAGE movie based on the video game of the same name? A lot of you reading this may never have even heard of this game let alone have any nostalgic attachment. Usually movies based on video games have the advantage of brand recognition. Not sure RAMPAGE is going to sell tickets on nostalgia alone.

Ok, I’ve calmed down a bit. Silver lining time. I love big monster movies such as GODZILLA, KONG: SKULL ISLAND, and PACIFIC RIM. Maybe RAMPAGE can stand tall (anyone get this reference?) with these heavy-hitters, but I honestly doubt it. It looks like JUMANJI met CONGO and went to dinner with whatever movie features a huge wolf. I dunno…TWILIGHT?

At the end of the day it really doesn’t matter what I say. I’ll probably see this. And I may secretly event like it. Shit, I may openly like it! Only time will tell.
