New Poster for THOR

This new poster for THOR looks pretty bad ass if you ask me. It is rare that I want to own a movie poster when I see one, but this may be one of those exceptions. Very cool. The simple colors and lack of a huge title set this apart from the rest.

THOR comes to us from actor turned director Kenneth Branagh (HENRY V, WILD WILD WEST) and stars newcomer Chris Hemsworth (STAR TREK, A PERFECT GETAWAY) as our hero. Hopefully this will be followed up by a teaser or trailer in the near future. I don’t know about any of you, but I am really excited for this release and cannot wait to see what all these Marvel movies have in store for us leading up to THE AVENGERS in 2012.

THOR comes out May 6th 2011.
