I’m having a difficult time handling just how cool this trailer is for the midseason return of STAR WARS REBELS Season 3. Is has so much awesome inside. We see a younger and less deformed Saw Gerrera voiced by ROGUE ONE‘s Forest Whitaker. We see Tarkin, Mon Mothma, Thrawn, Bail Organa, Rex the aged Clone Trooper, Battle Droids, and Mandalorians! And best yet, we see young and older versions of Obi-Wan! And yes, that looks to be a rematch between Obi-Wan and Darth Maul on Tatooine! I really dig seeing the Alec Guiness version of Obi-Wan here and that voice is a dead ringer!
The second half of season 3 looks absolutely epic. Just the thought of an older Obi-Wan and Maul dueling in the deserts of Tatooine gives me damn goosebumps.
