Movie Trailer: RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES

The first official trailer for RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES has finally hit the Internet. This PLANET OF THE APES prequel is directed by relative unknown Rupert Wyatt (THE ESCAPIST) and stars James Franco (YOUR HIGHNESS, SPIDER-MAN Trilogy) who I am convinced has cloned himself multiple times to be in as many films and projects as he is currently.

The trailer itself seems pretty eerie and I am totally digging the vibe. This prequel is now on my nerd radar and I look forward to seeing it late this summer. It’s time to load up your Netflix Queue with all those old PLANET OF THE APES movies to get ready! Check out the trailer below.
