FINALLY all of our nerd eyes can get a glimpse of what is suppose to be one of the biggest summer movies of 2011! GREEN LANTERN comes from director Martin Campbell (CASINO ROYALE, VERTICAL LIMIT) and stars Deadpool himself Ryan Reynolds (X-MEN ORIGINS: WOLVERINE, BLADE: TRINITY) as our main man Hal Jordan.
I totally got an IRON MAN vibe from this trailer with a healthy mix of wit, action and a respectable serious tone at times. While I saw a pic here and some raw footage there, this trailer really gave me an idea of the scope of this film. I love me some comic book alien action so this movie just made my nerd radar for sure. While I admit I never really followed the comic (or wanted too), I will say that I am open to Joining Hal Jordan on his quest to save our galaxy this summer!
