In case you missed the news, it looks like the Limited Edition Zelda 3DS bundle will be making it’s way stateside starting tomorrow November 24th 2011. This bundle was previously announced for Japan and Europe and it looks like everyone will now get a chance own this 25th anniversary limited edition console!
The bundle pack will retail for $199.99 and includes a limited edition Cosmo Black 3DS with a golden Zelda-themed trim (seen below) as well as a copy of THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: OCARINA OF TIME 3D.
I have held out on buying a 3DS due to a lackluster lineup and am now seriously considering a purchase. Besides my huge nerd love for the Zelda franchise, there are now a handful of games I would love to own including; THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: OCARINA OF TIME 3DS, STAR FOX 64 3DS, SUPER MARIO 3D LAND, MARIO KART 7, and DEAD OR ALIVE: DIMENSIONS.
I’m going to stop trying to convince myself to buy this and sit patiently by my computer to see if Best Buy will sell this bad boy online at midnight for $179.99. If I can avoid going into an actual store and get trampled to death by crazed shoppers, I may just pick this up.
