BLADE RUNNER 2049 Movie Trailer Looks Pretty Damn Great!

Like it or not, pretty much everything beloved is being rebooted, remade, or revisited. Top 5 Comic Book Picks For March 2017

1. SAGA Vol. 7 / Image Comics Written by Brian K. Vaughan / Art by Fiona Staples SAGA is definitely a little overhyped when I hear people talking about it around my local comic book shop water cooler. I’m kidding, there is no water cooler, but you catch my drift. While it may not be the best comic I’ve ever read, it’s damn good and worthy of praise. If you are new to comics or haven’t really read them in awhile this is a great gateway into the wild and wonderful world of comics. Volume 7 of SAGA collects issues #37-42 and...

THE FATE OF THE FURIOUS Movie Review

Art By Jean Chen You either like this franchise by now or you don’t. I can shamelessly say that I like it. What’s not to like about a buncha meatheads roving around in expensive-ass cars cruisin’ for a bruisin’? Ok, let me step back a little and sound completely hypocritical. I kind of don’t like this franchise too. Let’s just meet in the middle and say that I have a very love/hate relationship with the FAST & FURIOUS films. I’m confused. This franchise confuses me. In a good way? The best analogy I can come up with for this franchise...

The official announcement on Naughty Dogs’ website was accompanied by the above cinematic trailer. This new UNCHARTED game will not feature Nathan Drake, but will instead follow treasure hunters Chloe and Nadine as they search for the Tusk of Ganesh. I’m cool with that. From the critically acclaimed developer, Naughty Dog, comes the first standalone adventure in the Uncharted series. Chloe Frazer must enlist the aid of renowned mercenary Nadine Ross in order to recover a fabled ancient Indian...

STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI Teaser Trailer!

This week is the annual STAR WARS CELEBRATION in Orlando Florida so expect a crap ton on new STAR WARS stories and announcements in the near future. The event kicked off with a bang releasing the first teaser trailer for STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI which will be releasing later this year. Nothing huge was revealed in this teaser which is just the way I like it. I have to give the STAR WARS films credit, they do a good job hyping up their films without spoiling too much in the teasers and trailers. And be honest, do you...

Josh Brolin Cast As Cable in DEADPOOL 2!

It’s official. Josh Brolin has officially been cast as Cable in DEADPOOL 2. We’ve come a long way since THE GOONIES. So yeah, Brolin is also Thanos in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Cool. He’s a badass. Get over it. I’m a HUGE Cyclops fan. And as you know, Cable is Cyclops’ son Nathaniel Summers. I won’t bore you with how he’s related (or not related) to Jean, Havoc, Rachael, Corsair the space pirate, Gabriel, and Hope. It’s complicated. Basically you just need to know that Cable is Cyclops’ time-displaced son who is older than him. #XMen It’s also worth...

Nintendo Switch “Joy-Cons” vs “Pro Controller”

The new Nintendo Switch is definitely very “Nintendo”. And that’s a good thing, but it also means that the controller set up may be a little too quirky for some. Hardcore gamers may want another option other than the packed-in “Joy-Cons”. Thankfully, Nintendo has created the “Pro Controller” to give gamers that solid gaming experience they’re familiar with. Both controller set ups have their pros and cons. Watch as Jason Furie gives you a side by side comparison of the two highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of both. Are You Ready for DESTINY 2? Reveal Trailer and Release Date!

Well it’s official, DESTINY 2 is officially coming out and it’s a lot sooner than you think! DESTINY 2 is set to release on September 8th, 2017. Somewhere rattling around in the back of my head I remember hearing that the original DESTINY would be around for the long haul replacing a numbered sequel with a bazillion updates and enough DLC to keep it relevant. Maybe I assumed too much and they just meant they would “support” the game for 10 years before ignoring it forever. Either way, DESTINY is back. Are you excited? Personally, I have a real...
